The Center for Inquiry is organizing an international event this Thursday called Darwin Aloud, which will basically be a video of people from all over the world reading from the last chapter of On the Origin of Species in front of national landmarks, spectacular scenery, and sites of great scientific importance. The clips will be edited together to one 20-30 minute video, and participants are encouraged to read in their native language.
Luckily my native language happens to be the one the Origin was written in. Since we've got so many other events going on that day, does anyone else want to help me with this? Even if you don't want to help, does anyone have any suggestions for "spectacular scenery" around northeast Ohio?
